A/R Invoice Format

Select File - SetUp Options - AR Invoice Format

You can designate up to 3 lines of comments to be printed at the bottom of each invoice entered through the Accounts Receivable programs and on the Accounts Receivable Monthly Statements.    These comments do not apply to printing on Operating Statements. 

Additionally, you can designate whether your invoice paper has your company name/address pre-printed on it, or to have the system print that information on each invoice.  You also have the option to print the phone and fax number.
